Questions, answered

What happens on the free 15-minute call?

It's a relaxed phone conversation with the therapist you chose. You share a little about what's going on, ask any questions, and both of you get a sense of whether it's a good fit. There's no obligation.

How do I know which therapist to choose?

Read the profiles and go with whoever feels right. If you're unsure, use the contact form and we'll suggest someone based on what you're looking for.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, we accept most major insurances. Send us your plan details and we'll verify your benefits before your first session.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Sessions are available in person at our Doylestown office or online through a HIPAA-compliant video platform, for anyone located in Pennsylvania.

What is EMDR and is it right for me?

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess painful memories. It is especially helpful for PTSD, CPTSD and relational trauma. Your therapist will talk through whether it fits your goals.

How long are sessions and how often do we meet?

Sessions are typically 50 minutes, usually weekly to start. You and your therapist will adjust the pace together.

Is there a lower-cost option?

Yes. Sessions with our associate therapists are $100 per session if you choose to pay out of pocket. Our associates hold master's degrees and work under the clinical supervision of Genevieve Newman, LPC. More about $100 sessions.

Where are you located and what areas do you serve?

Our office is at 70 W Oakland Ave, Suite 316, in Doylestown, PA. Clients come from Doylestown, Chalfont, Warrington, Buckingham, New Hope and across Central Bucks County, and telehealth is available anywhere in Pennsylvania.
